TreeFest 2026

TreeFest is Louisville’s Arbor Day celebration, bringing the community together to explore the essential role trees play in our lives. This family-friendly event is packed with creative, engaging, and fun activities for all ages. This year’s festivities will include hands-on opportunities to plant trees in Thurman-Hutchins Park, remove invasive honeysuckle, a tree giveaway, and eco-friendly (and kid-friendly!) vendor booths. Attendees can enjoy live music, delicious food and drinks, and activities for everyone! Attendees can learn from “green” organizations making an impact in our city, and connect with nature while soaking in the beauty of the park.
