Spiral Studio Louisville's Grand Opening is open to the public and will take place on Saturday, November 8, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, featuring free drop-in, 30-minute GYROKINESIS® classes at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Experience a new way to move! Feel lighter, taller, and more connected in your body. Mobilize and relieve tension. Move with greater ease, freedom, and energy.
