"I learned how to make quilts so you could become a participant in my art. You complete each piece by allowing it to comfort, warm and protect you."
Philip Campbell quilts a full-scale hospital triage with clothing gifted by people surviving and recovering from substance dependency. Pockets hold Narcan, fentanyl test strips, and 12-step books. Guests are invited to take what they need and leave something behind.
